Speed Academy is over five weeks. Each participant will skate five days a week. (Mon. - Fri.). Each day will include a 1 hour dryland session and 1 hour 20 minutes of ice time. Wednesdays are a scrimmage only day. No Dryland on Wednesday! This program will be run at an extremely high level of intensity, pushing the skater well out of their comfort zone. This overspeed type training along with learning proper technique will produce a player that will have much more speed, quickness and agility, making the player a stronger competitor.
Total Cost: $595.00 – $300.00 deposit due with registration. The balance is due on or before April 15th. Entire fee is due with any registration after April 15. Space is limited so register early!
