Minnesota Made Hockey

Our Overtime Training is fot the player willing to put in the extra time! For 1 hour and 20 minutes of ice Monday - Friday over a 5-1/2 week period.  This program will be run at an extremely high level of intensity, pushing the skater well out of their comfort zone. This overspeed type training along with learning proper technique will produce a player that will have much more speed, quickness and agility, making the player a stronger competitor.

All ice times are held at the Minnesota Made Ice Center. Three blocks north of 494 and Hwy 100.
